Admission Tool - User Manual

Introduction

The bLink Admission Tool is a guided platform designed to support you through the business validation process required for onboarding to the bLink platform. It ensures that your application meets all admission requirements by guiding you through the necessary steps and collecting relevant documentation and evidence.

You will use the Admission Tool to:

  • Start and manage new admissions
  • Submit required information and files
  • Track the review status of your admission
  • Perform yearly re-admissions
  • Apply for additional roles or APIs

If you encounter any issues logging in, please open a support ticket in the bLink Support Portal.

Step 1: Log In

Initial Login

Before you begin, ensure that your account for the bLink web applications and your Futurae access are fully set up, as outlined in the setup guideline.

Begin by logging in using your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials via the Futurae app. Your User ID is your email address.

After successful authentication, you will be redirected to a second login screen. To access your admission, enter your credentials:

  • Username (provided via email)
  • Password (sent via a separate email)

Step 2: Change Your Password

After logging in, change your password as follows:

  • Click Settings (bottom left corner)
  • Select Password

After logging in, you’ll land on the dashboard, where you can manage your admissions.

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Start a new admission – for a new application or a new role (Click "New admission")
  2. Extend an existing admission – to add APIs or complete the yearly re-admission (Click "Extend admission")
  3. View your current admissions – including details such as the company, application, date, current status (e.g., Open, Pending Review).

Status Overview

StatusDescription
ApprovedYour admission has been approved by bLink.
OpenThe admission process is in progress on your side.
Pending ReviewThe bLink team is currently reviewing your admission.
Pending ValidationThe admission is under second review by bLink.
ReviewedThe reviewer has provided feedback, and you need to make adjustments based on their comments.
ValidatedThe validation process is complete.

Starting a New Admission

  1. Click the New admission button on the dashboard

  1. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Tick both checkboxes to proceed.

  2. Basics Tab

    • Fill out all required fields in the Basics tab.
    • Your answers here will determine which questions appear in later sections.
    • Click Next to continue.
  3. Remaining Tabs Continue through the remaining tabs, providing the necessary answers and evidence as prompted.

  4. Completion Tab In the Completion tab, upload the email from your technical validation.

  5. Submit the Admission When finished, click Complete to submit your admission.

We will contact you if any adjustments or updates are required, or to inform you of the successful completion of the admission process.

Additional Information

  • File Uploads: All uploaded files must be in PDF format.
  • Comments: You can add comments to each question by clicking the + icon at the bottom right. Reviewers may also leave feedback here, including any required adjustments.
