Support Portal: For bLink participants and applicants in the onboarding process, we provide a helpdesk instance. If you require access and don't have login credentials yet, please contact us.

Technical Verification

For technical verification, please file a ticket under Manage Participant → Technical Validation with the report downloaded from the respective automated test-run.
